Service Description
This is a class designed for beginners, or dancers that are looking to refine their foundational technique. We will be working towards a choreography on a week by week basis, and you will have the option to perform this at the end of term show if you wish! - PLEASE NOTE - Course is £120 when paid by bank transfer / in person, if you wish to pay for classes online, the price reflects associated fees. * Please note, this is for 10 classes - there is no class on Sunday 5th April due to Easter Break and the studio is closed.

Cancellation Policy
**Class Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy** Effective Date: 4th May 2025 Welcome to Ariya Bellydance! To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, the following policies govern all class bookings, cancellations, and waitlist procedures made through our website. **1. Class Bookings** * **Advance Booking**: Clients may book classes in advance through our online booking system. * **Payment**: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. * **Confirmation**: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. **2. Cancellations & Refunds** * **Client Cancellations**: * Cancellations made 1 day or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or credit. * Cancellations made **12 hours** of the class start time are **non-refundable** and will result in forfeiture of the session fee. * **No-Shows**: Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. * **Business Cancellations**: * In the rare case that we must cancel a class (e.g., due to instructor illness or insufficient registrations), you will be notified as soon as possible and provided a full refund or the option to reschedule. **4. Special Circumstances** We understand that emergencies happen. For exceptional situations (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact Ariya directly, these cases will be handled with discretion and compassion.
